1. The service

ShowBook is crew scheduling software for live event production, operated by Nathan Lively. By signing in to or using ShowBook, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

ShowBook uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account, and access is limited to users authorized by the event organizations using ShowBook.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, or interfere with the operation of the service.

4. Your data

Event, shift, and crew data you enter remains yours. We process it only to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

ShowBook is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
